1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to anyone who uses the website at aflabox.ai ("the site") and the services Aflabox offers through it ("Aflabox", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the Aflabox box and the Aflabox dashboard is also governed by the agreement you or your organisation accept when you create an account or buy a box. Where that agreement and these terms differ, that agreement wins for the box and the dashboard.

2. Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes. You must not:

• try to gain access to parts of the site, our systems or other people's data that you aren't authorised to reach;
• interfere with the site's operation, for example by overloading it or introducing malicious code;
• use the site to send unsolicited messages or to collect other people's personal data;
• copy or reuse the site's content except as allowed in section 4.

3. Information on the site

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but the site is general information, not professional advice. Results produced by an Aflabox box are a screening aid and do not, on their own, establish that food is safe or unsafe. Decisions about food safety, trade or regulatory compliance should follow the official methods that apply to you and, where needed, confirmation by an accredited laboratory.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

4. Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, graphics, the Aflabox name and logo, and the Theo character, belong to Aflabox or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. Any other use needs our written permission.

5. Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, such as the Aflabox dashboard and external references. We aren't responsible for the content of sites we don't operate.

6. Newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter, we send a confirmation email first and add you only after you confirm. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter. See the privacy policy for how we handle your email address.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the site is provided "as is", and Aflabox is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
